Yoga App for Apple Watch
Custom Yoga screens on Apple Watch, live with GPS, heart rate, and your real zones.
A deliberately quiet screen for the mat: heart rate and elapsed time, no clutter, with the session saved to Apple Health when you’re done.
The configurator that builds six-widget race dashboards is just as good at building almost nothing: one soft number, or only the time. Recording still runs at full quality underneath, the practice simply does not have to look at it.
Quiet screen, complete record
A yoga session records continuous heart rate, time, and energy, and saves to Apple Health as a Yoga workout, closing rings and counting toward the indoor achievements and their weekly streaks. Afterwards, the heart-rate diagram makes an interesting mirror: you can see the breath work in the curve, the slow descent through savasana, the spike that one balance pose still causes.
Restorative days earn their keep in the bigger picture too: low-effort sessions feed your training load gently, nudging the form curve up while the fatigue curve falls, which is exactly what a rest-adjacent practice is for.
- Heart rate
- One soft number if you want it, or none at all, recorded continuously either way, with the session curve to read afterwards.
- Elapsed time
- The practice clock, as the only thing on the screen if that is the practice.
- Active energy
- Recorded and saved with the workout, without needing to be looked at, ever.
Live Workout Engine
Your configured screens render on Apple Watch with real-time metrics, GPS, and haptics, legible at a glance under load.
→History & Splits
Browse every saved workout with route maps, per-segment splits, and full metric detail.
→Achievements
A trophy room of eighty achievements across sixteen workout types, with engraved cups and a celebrating parrot.
→Can the screen show nothing but the time?
Yes. Build a Hero-layout screen with a single widget, time, or heart rate, scope it to yoga, and that is the entire interface. The full recording continues underneath.
Does yoga count toward rings and training load?
Yes. The session saves as a Yoga workout in Apple Health, closes exercise minutes, and its (usually gentle) effort feeds the training-load model, recovery days are part of the curve, not missing from it.
Where does the session data go?
Into Apple Health on your devices, and nowhere else. Runara has no account, no cloud, and no analytics watching your practice.
